Hello,
check_mk_active-http, check_mk_active-ssh and other check_mk_active-.* checks
seem to ignore the check attempts, that are required to send a notification (1/3 Current check attempt already generates a notification, while every other non-active check requires 3/3 attempts.)
Does anyone have a solution for that?
You need to take a look at the events of this service. Can you post the line showing that it already generates an alert at the soft state?
Example
The notification system output is not the problem i think. What looks strange is that your service don’t reach a hard state also with the event from Sunday.
Service alert soft (critical) and no hard state after this and then some time later a hard ok (that’s right).
