Adding additional notes to SNMP devices

Hi,
Is there a plugin that allows me to add additional information about a device in the form of a text field that can be visible when you click in the device for viewing statistics?

For Example. A device such as a firewall. You click into the firewall to see things like CPU Usage, can I put additional fields like Physical address of the device?

You can use the “Custom host attributes”. In some of my environments i use this to document the complete location of devices and so on.

This is often configurable on the device itself and then available via the SNMP agent. Checkmk will display this information in the service check “SNMP Info”.
