After "not responding" Distributed Monitoring not save changes

Hello.
There was a network outage at Distributed Monitoring site number 2. There was a change in the configuration of the main OMD site. Site 2 is up. But since then, all changes on site 2 cannot be saved. CheckMK reports : “Failed to create site config directory”. Happened on version 2.0.0p5. I did an update to 2.0.0p8. this did not help. Monitoring works but cannot make new changes. Please help. Thank you.

RESULT: bad permission (read other post).
write command chown -R user:group ./local (user:group is name monitoring site)
in folder /omd/sites/NameMonitoringSite. Here is folder “local”.
post is posible close.
