I noticed a typo in the following menu (2.0.0b3 CRE):

  • Setup
  • Services
  • Service Discovery Rules

Click ‘Related’

Then there is a item ‘Used rulsets’ , which most probably should read ‘Used rulesets’.

Please have a look, and correct if agreed.
