Can MKEVENTD_SNMPTRAP listen for IPv6 traps?

The users on one of our sites want to use IPv6 exclusively. This site also processes SNMP traps, it looks like mkeventd_snmptrap is only listening to 0.0.0.0:162, and I think we need it to listen on port ::1:162 udp6.
The site is on cmk raw version 1.5.0p22

Would appreciate any information about IPv6 & snmptraps you can provide.

I should also add that we can change this to only accept IPv6 traps.

If anyone who knows the code can tell us where we can set the trap IP address to ::1:162 upd6 please advise.
