We are generating the service availability report from the Monitor section as shown below screen shot.
We would like to save this report as a reusable template (e.g., using regex or similar configuration). Is this possible?

You can use this as a view filter and then clone it as needed

Sure, before generating the Availabity report you can create a view with all the filters that are important for you like the one that you shared (Service (regex)). To do that you can go to any view that contain the needed data with or without the filters that you need and select the option to Clone (Display > clone built-in view):
Then at the bottom of the page you can define the filters that are relevant for you:
After that you can modify some options to make it public for instance and also use a different name and select the topic (category) where it will be available, then Save & go to view:
You can create multiple views and then for the Availability Calculation you can modify the URL applying the needed parameters (Like Time Interval) and customize the URL with the custom view ID that you just created. You can even create a Dashboard with that URL which will be processed properly.
