Change service status to OK with a special service summary content

Checkmk version: 2.0.0p17 (CEE)

We would like to disable or change the status of services which have a special content in the service summary.
For example:
The Windows service “System updates” gets a Warning status, if there are important Windows patches to install. The service lists the available KB patches in the summary:

“5 important updates >=1 WARN, (Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.231.1110.0); Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.239.1447.0); Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.241.188.0); Security Update for Windows Server 2019 for x64-based Systems (KB4535680); 2022-05 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8 for Windows Server 2019 for x64 (KB5013868)) — , 1 optional updates”

We would like to change the status of this service to OK, if special KB patches are found in the summary content (filtering some KB patch numbers).
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to define service state translation rules where we cannot filter the service summary content. The rules only refer to explicit services (and hosts and so on).

Is there any idea or solution or workaround how to make this requirement possible?

Thank you in advance.
