Hello,
i am having some problems with the interface SNMP service(if64) on CME 2.0.0p7.
For some reason this check fails for some services if there VLAN interfaces that are configured on the affected switches.
Here what can be seen in the “Services of XXX” overview:
As far as I know “Item not found in monitoring data” is the error for when the data can not be found in the snmpwalk/snmpbulkget that cmk uses.
Now the strange thing is that the checks are OK if I am in the discovery/service configuration:
And the checks are also OK if I try to check the hosts from the terminal:
Then to make absolutely sure that its not a problem with snmp itself I look in the snmpwalk
and here the VLAN interfaces are also present:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.83 unrouted VLAN 423
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.84 unrouted VLAN 424
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.85 Vlan423
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.86 Vlan424
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.87 unrouted VLAN 425
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.88 Vlan425
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.89 unrouted VLAN 426
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.90 Vlan426
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.3.1 6
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.3.2 6
So I really don’t understand why the checks appear as UNKOWN with “Item not found in monitoring data”.
If someone has an idea what the problem could be or what command could help me, that would be great.
Thank you in advance
