Currently our CMK(version-check-mk-raw:2.0.0p11) is running as docker container we are planning to move that to kubernetes cluster with same configuration, how this can be achieved?

you will find some hints here that productive cmk-setups should not run into docker-containers.

You can deploy Checkmk itself in Kubernetes but do read the disclaimer.
We are running our production checkmk as docker container only
