Dashboard take time to update issues

Dear Team,

I am facing some issues after updating host that i want in check_mk. Dashborad taking time to update even if host goes down some times it will take 15min to update in check_mk dashboard. Can any one help me to reduce the reflect time of dashboard.

Hi itrojy,

is it an issue with the dashboard only or do the states not get updated?
Can you check in the “Host/Service History” for the host what exacly is going on (hard/soft states etc)?

I didnt find any Hard/Soft state option because i am new in this check_mk. Can you please help me to find this option from which settings…? waiting for your replay.
