ESX Heartbeat WARN

Hello!
I am having an alert about vcenter at checkmk

"ESX Heartbeat WARN - No VMWare Tools installed, outdated or not running
In the vcenter"

The same machine that gives the previous message in the vcenter puts me
“VMware Tools is installed and the version is current.”

I don’t know if it’s a checkmk or vcenter problem?

If you reschedule the check, whats the result? How often is the check interval?
