So I have a lot of hosts with services in a CRITICAL state, but they’re kinda of a “false positive”.
e.g Check_MK Discovery, Check_MK.
Since these two are built in services I can’t see a way of remove it. Is there a way to acknowledge the problem and by doing that change its state or make the service disappear?
Why are they “kinda of a false positive”?
Do these hosts have no checkmk agent installed? Then you should configure that in the host’s properties.
I didn’t find a better way to word it.
I meant that since we had no agent installed, that service showing as critical could be called as false positive.
