Hey there,
i decided to use a custom Plugin to check the number of mails in the Mail Queue for Ironport devices.
But sadly, somehow, i can’t enable this check (picture below).
I tried most likely everything to set this active. Is there any known issue with this, or are there some things i can try?

klick mal neben dem OK auf diese drei Striche. Dann solltest du für diesen Check eine Regel erstellen und aktivieren können.

Hast du eine “Disabled services” oder “Disabled checks” Rule aktiv, die auf deinen custom-check gemünzt sein könnte? Ich würde das mal prüfen, da ich es merkwürdige finde, dass diese
sofort als “Disabled” markiert ist.

das war tatsächlich der Fall. Wieso ist mir noch nicht ganz sicher, aber nach Deaktivierung einer Rule hat es funktioniert.
