That is a now problem in the activation Process. The Helper Process on the Sites are not restartet and still use the old code.
Make a dummy Update in your MKP File and activate the change on all Sites. After that you need to execute a “cmd restart smc” on all Sites. This will restart the Helper Process with the new code.
