Please help me to restore wato snapshots in check_mk
May i know how to restore snapshot from this below linux server location is there any command for it ?
/data/omd/sites/mysite/var/check_mk/wato/snapshots

Not anymore. Best option is to use the Git integration for your WATO config directory.
Or you extract manually the snapshot and move the files then manually at the right place.
