Issue with the check_mk_agent updater/installer on windows

@robin.gierse & @SergejKipnis is this now fixed in 2.0.0p21? I’m asking because I can’t see that in the release notes…

i see both Werks in 2.0.0p21.
So it should be fixed in this version.

Found finaly the time to test the fix with the log4j plugin. Worked without a problem now THX
