Is there an easy way to display all rules for a specific host?
A solution for WATO, CLI or both (most appreciated) 
would be great.

You can see the rules for a host or service check from the action menu of the specific object.
There is no overview page of all rules applicable to all service checks of a host (or even multiple hosts). That would be too large to display in a readable format.

Don’t underestimate me. You would be amazed how much I’m able to read.
And in the rare cases where it’s really too much, I use grep. 
In icinga2 is a real nice cli tool which shows all rules which apply to a specific item and where these rules come from. Would be great to have that here, too.
