Whilst trying to wittle down some of the noise being received by email I have noticed I am getting email notifications from omdsite * site name * as well as another with the header I set of “monitoringalert@sitename
Omdsite email appears to be only when a service recovers? I have checked and there is no fall back address set, on the master it’s set to email only explicit contact one email address.
Where would I be able to change it so that when a service recovers it shows as the same email header as monitoringalert@sitename
Sorry if this doesn’t make sense I will upload screen shots tomorrow.
