Nagvis - Gadgets reporting 403

OS version:
Debian 11

Error message (browser logs):
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
NagVisCompressed.js?v=1.9.32:2005

Since we updated checkmk from 2.0.0.p21 to 2.1.0, Nagvis gadgets no longer load. We always get a 403 error.

What I’ve already tried

  • Using the omdadmin to open the nagvis view
  • Assign 777 rights to the files and folders (for testing purpose)
  • Adding “Require all granted” to the <Directory> snipets in:
    /opt/omd/sites/mhs/etc/nagvis/apache.conf
    /opt/omd/sites/mhs/etc/apache/apache.conf

Possible important info

  • All the maps, icons, etc. load withoud any problems.
  • This problem occurs with self-made AND default gadgets
