Hello,
recently one of our IT employees left company. After his departure I deleted his account from WATO and added new account and then i added that account as notifications receiver (we use SMS notifications).
Yesterday our old employee contacted us that he still receives SMS notifications.
I checked the event log in var/log and it states that it notified properly new user.
Currently we are using Check_mk 1.6.0p22.
Does anyone have idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
Problem solved, I didn’t notice that previous person that was managing it, did the notifications through actions in rulesets.
