Notifications for Hosts and Services

Hi,
I created a rule to send notifications via SMS.
The conditions are:
For hosts: must be “business critical”
For services: must be in the service group “sms notification”.

The event types for hosts and services are both set to have an OR condition for both.

However, it works only for services.
With hosts I get:
2020-05-15 10:37:44 Global rule ‘SMS Kunde’…
2020-05-15 10:37:44 → does not match: This rule requires membership in a service group, but this is a host notification

So I guess this OR works only for the event types itself, but not for the conditions. Is there a possibility to “OR that” as well? We are using the managed service edition and we need this rule for every customer, so having twice as much rules makes everything a lot more messy … :frowning:

TIA,
Roland.

‘For hosts: must be “business critical”
For services: must be in the service group “sms notification”.’

erstellst?

Viele Güße
