Builtin plugin opsgenie_issues.py can create and acknowledge an alert in opsgenie.
The mknotifiy.log indicates that the close was successful, but opsgenie does not close the alert.
opsgenie support indicates this is due to check_mk not setting the ID.
we are receiving a close alert request from Check_MK (see attached screenshot), but it isn’t including the SVC_PROBLEM_ID in the Alias (or, it’s setting that ID as 0), so it’s not matching any open alerts.
How do I troubleshoot this further? How would I log more details from opsgenie_issues.py or mknotify.log?
