PHP-FPM V2 check only works with sudo

Dear all,
after the PHP-FPM plugin was released for CheckMK 2 I finally installed it. All works as expected but when I execute the agent I get an empty <<<php_fpm_pools>>> part.
If I run the plugin manually I also get an empty result.

BUT if I run the plugin with sudo I get the result. How can that be changed so the regular plugin gets also the data?

Ok, cant change the original post…

Quick clarification: When I run the plugin ./php_fpm_pools I get:

Exception (/run/php/php8.1-fpm.sock): [Errno 13] Permission denied
