Proxmox Backup Check not working

2.0.0p23.cee
Proxmox 7

No Services Found for Backup Check Rules

I Confifured the Rule but CheckMK cant find the backups. I need help.

I have here also 2.0.0p23 cfe in my home installation and it shows all the backups fine on the monitored VMs/Containers.
The backup data is not shown on the Proxmox hosts.

You don’t need to configure a special rule to be able to see the backup data.
Only the special agent against you Proxmox must work and deliver data.

HI Thanks for your answer, according to CheckMK special_proxmox_ve agent is installed but there are no vm infos

p.s. would a agent output help you? identify the problem? if i search for backup in the output file there is no info.

You only need to configure the special agent, no installation normally needed.
For my Proxmox the agent config looks like this.

This special agent is only executed against one of the cluster members.
The output of the special agent you should find inside the folder.
~/tmp/check_mk/data_source_cache/special_proxmox_ve

Hi, thanks for the fast answer, as it seems the problem was that I didn’t enable the “no-cert-check”, now each vm has their backup stamp just as it should be.
