Proxmox special agent throws KeyError('timezone') if a node is down

Error message:

Output of “cmk --debug -vvn hostname”: not accessible right now - might be delivered later

The problem happens if one of the Proxmox nodes is down. In this case Checkmk cannot retrieve the cluster information anymore. The error shown above appears instead at every node used for cluster monitoring.
