Question about Conditions "Folder Main directory"

I have question about “Conditions”,

Considering this picture:

If I apply my rules without modifications of this part, that will be apply to “all” host from “Main directory” by default ? Or I have to do an other manipulation ?

Actually I create rules only with explicit host.

Yes, this is the default behavior if you don’t anything else.
