Quote_shell_string now CEE exclusive?

Hi @LaMi ,

why has the function quote_shell_string been moved from cmk.utils to cmk.base.cee.plugins.bakery.bakery_api.v1 and is therefor exclusive for CEE bakery plugins now?

I have an extension for check_by_ssh that uses this function: check_mk_extensions/check_by_ssh at cmk2.2 · HeinleinSupport/check_mk_extensions · GitHub

I have now just copied the code into the check plugin.

It looks like this commit suggests to use shlex.quote() instead: Remove quote_shell_string · Checkmk/checkmk@3c746ad · GitHub
