I upgraded our monitoring system from version 1.2 to version 1.6. It went well except I lost our data history after restarting the server. Can you help me please? Thank you.
A upgrade from 1.2 directly to 1.6 is a huge step. If your upgrade was without any error message all the history data should be there.
What is missing exactly?
my apologies for the delay. All the history is lost, I only have the history of the day when I improved the monitoring, I had error messages but it is currently working
Without the error messages it is nearly impossible to fix the problem.
Now the only question is do you need the data or not?
