We’re using Checkmk Enterprise Edition 2.4.0p14 and have subscribed to the Enterprise Edition using the offline activation method.
However, the license information still displays the old license date, as shown in the screenshot.
Could you please advise on the exact steps required to resolve this?
Offline means that you need to manually do everything. Nothing can happen automatically, if it is offline mode.
I’d recommend to just switch to online licensing and allow your Checkmk server to speak with the Checkmk license server.
is online way available for Enterprise Licensing?
You are on enterprise (probably).
Both online and offline license verification is available in enterprise.

I have last year’s usage report and the response file that we uploaded to the Check_MK dashboard. I remember using the method shown in the screenshot to upload both the usage report and the license response.
Could you please suggest if any step might have been missed in this process?
Manual process → after your subscription renewal, you need to do this again.
If you don’t want manual work, go to online verification

you don’t need to be overly cautious here and ask for a second confirmation everytime we suggest something in this forum
It’s the same offline license usage report you’ve done before and Martin has already confirmed, that you’ll have to do it again. Where do you see the need to confirm? (I.e. what do you think you could have possible misunderstood?)
Also: wouldn’t it be faster to just do the 3 steps you’ve described and see the result instead of asking and waiting for yet another confirmation of the same ;)?
