I guess the way to get such a list (even though still not prioritized) would be using the werks filter on checkmk.com (or within a 2.1 installation)
e.g. filter without bug/security fixes Werks
e.g. filter with only incompatible werks. Werks
(caveat: incompatible werks already from 2.0.0pX are still included in these lists, so your request is still very valid
