Send notification to remote server

hi,
i have 2 rules in notification configuration
first rule:
i tried to send notification to email and its work

second rule:
i want to send notification to remote server, i already tried i go to notification > new rule
and change notification method to forward notification to event server, add ip address, select Notify all contacts of the notified host or service then save change and nothing happened

What kind of Notifications and What kind of Remote Server ??

the remote server is Netcool

i want any notification from monitoring device come via snmp

Then you need to create a notification plugin what sent’s the data to Netcool. I don’t know what format of message Netcool supports but i think you know it.
