Services in stale state

Hello.

Since some time ago we have a lot of services in this state, some of them can be up to 2 days without checking.
Some time ago I uploaded the time that should pass without checking to enter in this state, but this already worries me a lot.
It makes no difference if it works by SNMP, Agent or Special Agent.
I would like to find a solution for this, since 20 minutes without checking is “indifferent” but more than half an hour or even days is very worrying.
Is this happening to anyone else, have you found a solution?

Hello,
I update the thread so that I can close it.
The solution was to extend the “Checkmk fetcher usage” so the services in Stale started to go down.
I want to clarify that these “cores” can be uploaded for each site you have configured or in gloval for all sites.
I found the solution in the section “analize configuration”.
