I’m trying to understand how to set alerting scheme for our monitoring system, i didn’t quit understand where do i set which email and SMTP settings and how its works.
i need your support plz

I cannot solve this problem, but I am interested in setting up email-Alerts, too.
I used the environment-variable “MAIL_RELAY_HOST=my.mail.relay” but this is not enough:
The mailrelay rejects the alert-mail because of:
Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname; from=<> to=<info@my.domain> proto=ESMTP helo=<containerID>
asking google hasn’t lead to success, yet 
My desperate try to configure postfix in the container where without success.
Who can (and wants :)) help us?
