Socket unit creates a lot of failed instance services

Since 1-2 weeks I am encoutering several failed check_mk@ services on 2-4 hosts (as described here: https://checkmk.de/check_mk-werks.php?werk_id=10710). This week I’ve updated Check_mk to 1.6.0p12 and now I am getting this error even more often.
Primary error is:
May 28 18:08:43 XXX systemd[1]: check_mk@51903-XXX:6556-XXX:60413.service: Start operation timed out. Terminating.
May 28 18:08:43 XXX systemd[1]: check_mk@51903-XXX:6556-XXX:60413.service: Failed with result 'timeout'.
May 28 18:08:43 XXX systemd[1]: Failed to start Check_MK (XXX:60413).

It helps to restart the service, but as I said this happens now on about 30x hosts and several failed services at once on only 1x host.
