I do agree, that it is probably Kernel-related. However, there is no way to use NGINX here, I am unsure, if it is an incompatibility between the Apache shipped with our container image and the Kernel, or something else is at play.
Did you check, if you could find other container images affected, e.g., by running an Apache container directly?
