Is it possible to create a rule that makes some hosts (based on tags/labels) use SNMP instead of the agent?
Not that i know. What you can do is make a folder for SNMP checked hosts and one for agent based hosts and then create the hosts inside the folder structure an let the hosts inherit there settings from the folder.

It seems you’re correct… I wanted to keep it simple by only creating one folder per customer, but I think I’ll go with subfolders for critical infrastructure (i.e. servers), non-critical (i.e. clients, some printers), and snmp. Thank you!
