There is already a default rule for the periodic service discovery with the following settings:
Either edit that rule and set the state for vanished services to OK (as in the default rule) or create a new rule for some hosts (via tags, folders, or hostnames) with your preferred settings.
Make sure the order of rules is correct because – if multiple rules exist – the first matching rule applies.
