I am getting only SNMP info , but not getting hardware component name and its health status.
Can someone suggest for the same.

With SNMP i think you will not get any hardware information on a Supermicro board.
You have some options to get hardware informations.

  • use the normal operating system agent and use the IPMI data if available on your system
  • use the IPMI special agent against the management IP

In your screenshot you have configured the same ip for the host and the management board. Please remove the management board configuration and try first with the special agent for IPMI. You can find the configuration under
Setup → Agents → Other integrations → IPMI Sensors via Freeipmi or IPMItool

Question- IPMI is software base monitoring right ? If my server get stuck at bios , how could I get info which hardware casing issue ?

No - your BMC is speaking IPMI. That’s why you need to use the IP of your BMC on the Supermicro.
