Hi.

Please check if there is an error in configuration. You can do it with “cmk-update-config -v” to check the whole config. Did you implement a new check or extention package before?

Best regards,
Christian

Hello Christian,
cmk-update-config -v is done. Without result.

Did you implement a new check or extention package before?
No

Do you have other ideas?

Thanks
Eugen

Hi,

i have the same Problem. Version 2.1.0p19.cre.

Activating a change displays this error

Hey Dirk, the solution was creating a new server and migrating all hosts manually. After 8 hours it was done)

oh, that’s sad… but if it is the only way

Hi,

i have the same problem…
Any other soloutions without migrating everything to a new server?

Thank you.

Solved the issue with the update to 2.2.0p8

We are currently on Version 2.1.0p26 and had the same issue.

I edited the file /omd/sites/###/lib/python3/cmk/gui/background_job.py in class JobStatus to write out the job folders into a tmp file.
I found the folder/files in …/var/check_mk/background_jobs/activation_cleanup to be broken and deleted it.

After restarting the site everything was fine.
