Activation causes error: "source code string cannot contain null bytes"

Error message: - source code string cannot contain null bytes

Hi there, can anyone help with the following?

When I attempt to run an activation I receive the above error.

I attempted to create a folder and a host. I have since manually removed any references to that folder/hosts but I still cannot activate.

I’m windering if I may have updated Python in the background which has caused the issue. Any ideas?

I removed these and now it activates:

Just a note: It looks like the changes to be activated, or the background jobs were corrupted. Maybe due to a full disk? But the important thing is, that you are up and running again.
