Add services manually to SNMP device

I have a SNMP device that’s online for a few minutes at a time. Check_mk isn’t able to discover services, but I hope i can add the service manually? The services I need is the Check_MK, SNMP info and Uptime.

Attached in some of the services I hope I can add manually.

Hope anyone can help me with this.

You could create a “Classical active and passive Monitoring checks” rule which runs check_snmp something like this:

Then, if the device is only online at certain times, you could create a “Check period for active services” rule against the service(s).
