Agent Bakery broken for OpenSSL 3?

I’m evaluating Cloud Edition on a fresh install of Centos 9 with 2.4p7

When i tried to go to Agent bakery i get this message

Exception (Crash ID: 4a58e6b0-5e43-11f0-8462-0050569ee499): Error running automation call bake-agents (exit code 1), error: 
Error baking agent db4dc9c74c496be3/linux_rpm: Error building RPM packet.
rpmbuild: /omd/sites/cmk_cce_24/lib/libcrypto.so.3: version `OPENSSL_3.4.0' not found (required by /lib64/librpmio.so.9)


More information can be found in ~/var/log/web.log

My web.log is empty (on that site) and as Centos Stream 9 already come with Open SSL 3.5 im not sure what the problem is here?

Please note that we do not support CentOS after version 8.5, since CentOS switched to a rolling release model: Basic information on the installation of Checkmk

For such systems (CentOS stream, Ubuntu STS, Debian testing), please consider using Docker or setup a virtual machine.
