I have even opened the agent port in the Windows firewall. Despite all these efforts, I have confirmed that the agent is still unable to establish communication with the host. If “ping” is not working it is for sure the firewall not disabled on this device.
Or you have a problem in between this device and your monitoring server that is blocking the communication.
