I am having the same issue myself for both Windows and Linux agents. Enabled debug logging on the agent side and not seeing anything in the logs that helps to find the problems. I have looked at the server side and nothing there. What is strange is the warning clears about 1 minute after the previous error with a successful processing of info. We run a check against the agent every 5 minutes and we don’t get the error every 5 minutes.
I could post similar info for a Linux machine. This screenshot is for a Windows agent.
