I need your help. I have some linux servers with SUSE 12.5 Operating System. The information that agent sends has been encrypted. However, checkmk is not decrypting that information.
We create the rule as shows below:
but agent is not decrypting the information. This is the agent output:
the version of the agent is check_mk 1.6.0P8-002 and the checkmk version is RAW 1.6.0p11
Do you know or have any idea how to solve this issue?
Have you done a service discovery? I’m pretty sure the diagnostics is not aware of the agent output there - use cmk instead

could you first check the content of ~/etc/encryption.cfg in the agent installation folder. Does this file contain the same secret, as you’ve configured in the gui?
btw, you are runnig a rather old checkmk version, is this known?
