Agent is working, but checkmk can´t discover any services

CMK version: CheckMK RAW 2.0.0p23
OS version: Debian 10

I use checkmk at a customers place to monitor windows servers with checkmk agent. Everthing is working as usual, but i have this one machine on which the service discovery does not work.

If i telnet the machine on port 6556 i can see the agent output and if i check connection with the builtin connection test in checkmk web ui, i can also see the usual result of the agent output. But when i go to service discovery, no services are discovered.
