Hi there, I wonder if there is an API for acknowledging or annotating a problem.
I found this link: https://checkmk.com/cms_web_api_references.html#edit_host
However, I cannot find a command for acknowledgement or annotation.
The background is that we would like to add two-way communication to our alerting package SIGNL4: https://exchange.checkmk.com/p/signl4
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,
we did it with this old guide:
https://checkmk.de/cms_legacy_multisite_automation.html
It should still work with the actual versions of CheckMK.

Hi there,
I’ve tried to read the link above but I was not able to reach it out since I’m automatically redirected to this URI https://docs.checkmk.com/master/de/rest_api.html
Could you please post out the resolution again?
Thanks!

Hello,
the link to the legacy option seems to be gone.
When you are using Checkmk 2.0, there is a great in-product link at Help → APIs → REST API documentation, where you can find all the information including samples.
I hope this helps …
