I am using checkmk enterprise and using an NFSv4 mount for the appliance backup.
It looks like the mount configuration sets fixed nfs options that are not configurable which is causing problems for us. Especially, I am wondering why the fstab entry gets created with ‘rsize=32768,wsize=32768’? This is causing a lot of strain on the NFS server when the backup is running.
I have manually edited the fstab to remove these options. Will the new settings persist or is the fstab overwritten on upgrade/reboot?
