Hi, the company I work for have a small CMK licence for the enterprise version.
I am able to authenticate over portal(link removed) and also able to download updates using my credentials.
However, i am unable to authenticate at support(link removed) - “Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again”. Copy/Pasted credentials with no change in result.
Not quite sure what I am doing wrong. The role visible in portal(link removed) is “Admin” for my account.
Hi, hm, that’s a good question. I must admit I have not looked into that, up until now I thought subscription = support (probably there are different levels, reactiontimes etc)
I suspect that we do not have support since I’m unable to login. Will have to look at the contract and adjust my expectations
