Auto-acknowledge if successful call to notification plugin

We use the checkmk native opsgenie plugin to create tickets in JSM. It’s working.

Is it possible to have checkmk auto-ack the alert if the opsgenie plugin is successful?

Currently there is no generic solution to do this.

You would need to patch the OpsGenie notification plugin and add code that does the acknowledgement.

You could also ask for a new generic feature on https://features.checkmk.com/
